Mexican Food Casserole
Mexican Food Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium size, chopped onion, salt and pepper, garlic salt and 1 can diced ro-tel with green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown the first 4 ingredients in a large skillet with small amount of oil.
Add the Ro-Tel, green chilies and soup.
Layer mixture in 2 layers with corn tortillas; begin with corn tortillas, ending with meat mixture in greased pan.
Cover with grated cheese. Cover pan and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
