Beat eggs in medium bowl.
Add other ingredients, except cheese.
Pour half mixture in 9-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle cheese, then add the rest of the mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Divide into 6 servings.
