Remove chicken from bone.
Use 1/2 at a time.
Make 2 layers in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the following order: corn chips, chicken, broth, pepper, onion and cheese.
Repeat.
Mix the chicken soup, garlic salt and chili powder.
Pour over layers; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
