Mexican Chicken Bake
Mexican Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked, boned chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cube cooked and boned chicken.
Mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk, green chilies and chopped onion.
Place corn chips in bottom of greased shallow casserole dish.
Next place half of the chicken.
Cover it with half of the soup mixture.
Repeat three layers again.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 300Β° for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
