Mexican Cheese
Mexican Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 1/2 oz) can chopped green chili peppers, 2 c grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 c flour, 2 c grated monterey jack cheese and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lightly grease 2 qt casserole dish and mix cheese and green chilies in it.
In a blender, mix eggs, flour and evaporated milk. Pour over cheese.
Bake uncovered for 1 hr at 325 F oven.
