Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. soft flour tortilla shells, 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans, 1 can enchilada sauce (mild or hot), 1 lb. ground beef, browned and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
On each tortilla shell, evenly divide and spread down center one can of refried beans and the ground beef. Roll up, tucking in ends as you roll.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread one can of refried beans on top.
Pour enchilada sauce over. Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° about 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts and casserole heats through.
