Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped and 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Saute beef, onion and green pepper in a large frying pan until beef is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat; add flour to frying pan and stir well.
Add tomatoes and seasonings.
Combine noodles with meat sauce and put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish; top with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
