Mexican Bean Loaf
Mexican Bean Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, 1/2 lb. american cheese, 1 onion, chopped fine, 1 tbsp. melted butter and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain liquid from beans.
Run beans through food grinder with the cheese.
Saute onion in butter.
Combine beans, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, eggs and seasonings.
Pack firmly into a buttered baking dish; cover with bread crumbs and bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
Garnish with green pepper rings and serve hot with heated tomato sauce.
