Mexican Artichokes
Mexican Artichokes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 artichokes (adjust recipe for servings needed), 1 lb. hamburger, 1 yellow onion, minced, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 tbsp. hot chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut off stems at bottom of artichoke, then cut off top stems.
Scissors cut off sharp points of remaining leaves. (I off the tough, bottom row). Submerge artichokes in water in a large saucepan and boil for 40 minutes.
