Meringue Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar and chocolate chips (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add salt and vanilla.
Beat until soft peaks form.
Add sugar, a little at a time.
Beat until a little rubbed between your fingers no longer feels grainy.* Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet, covered with foil. Bake at 275Β° for 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
