Meat-Stuffed Peppers
Meat-Stuffed Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, 4 medium tomatoes, chopped and 1 1/2 c. cut fresh corn (3 or 4 ears), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove top and seeds from green peppers; parboil 5 minutes; drain.
Halve peppers.
Brown onion and meat; add tomatoes, corn and seasonings.
Heat through.
Place peppers in 9 x 13-inch pan and stuff and top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
