Meat Loaf In The Round is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine ground beef, 1 cup cheese, bread crumbs, egg, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix well and shape into a ball.
Place in a shallow 9-inch round pan and flatten ball almost to sides of pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Pour off drippings and pour tomato sauce over meat.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of remaining shredded cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes. Cut into pie-shaped wedges to serve.
