Meat Loaf for One
Meat Loaf For One is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef round, 1 large egg, 2 tbsp. milk, 4 tbsp. catsup and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 450Β°.
In a small bowl, beat egg, milk, 1 tablespoon catsup, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and celery seed with fork.
Beat in bread, then add meat. Mix thoroughly to a pasty mixture.
In a small baking dish, form mixture into a loaf about 3 x 6 inches.
Spread remaining catsup over loaf and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Makes 1 loaf, 6 to 8 slices.
