Meat Loaf And Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork (i use sausage), 2 slices bread, crumbled, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine and mix all ingredients except 1/2 of the tomato purée and the water.
Shape mixture into a loaf.
Pour the remaining purée over the loaf and add the water.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
Take the meat loaf up and pour the drippings into a heavy skillet.
Make a thickening of flour and water and add slowly to the drippings until it thickens to gravy.
