Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, 1 egg, 1 small onion, diced and 1 1/2 c. corn flakes or 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix well and form into loaf; put into pan.
In can of remaining tomato sauce, add 2 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon mustard.
Mix well.
Pour over loaf in pan.
Bake uncovered at 375Β° for 1 hour or until done.
