Meat-Less Tacos
Meat-Less Tacos is an impressive Mexican dinner you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with small onion, chopped, garlic, minced, chili powder to taste, cumin (just a pinch) and c. tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat.
Saute the onion and garlic.
Add chili powder to taste, a pinch of cumin, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil, then add beans and rice. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand another 5 minutes.
Spoon into taco shells or tortillas and top with cheese, hot sauce and lettuce.
