Meat Ball Stroganoff
Meat Ball Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. butter and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large bowl, combine beef with 2 tablespoons of soup mix and milk; mix thoroughly.
Shape into 1-inch meat balls.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Brown meat balls; remove pan from heat.
Stir in flour, remaining soup mix, water and parsley flakes.
Cover; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in sour cream until thoroughly blended.
