Meat and Noodle Casserole
Meat And Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. noodles, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 c. cheese, 1 c. cooked and canned peas, drained and 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make medium white sauce by melting 4 tablespoons butter.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick.
Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted.
Add cooked noodles, ham and peas.
Put into baking dish.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β°. Serves 6 to 8. Beef or chicken is good too.
