Mashed Potato Bread
Mashed Potato Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mashed potatoes, 2 eggs, beaten, 2/3 c. oil, 1 pkg. yeast and 5 to 6 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in given order.
When lukewarm, add yeast and water.
Stirring with a large spoon, add enough flour to make a firm dough, not stiff.
Place in greased bowl and grease top of dough lightly with oil.
Use right away or cover and put in refrigerator.
Use within 4 days.
Roll in shape; let rise in warm place 1 1/2 hours or until double in size.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
