Put potatoes in large bowl.
Add cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.

Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 300Β° oven for 35 minutes.
If dish is prepared ahead, do not add onion rings until ready to bake.
