Blend together flour, butter and confectioners sugar as for crust.
Spread in an ungreased pan, 9 x 13-inches and pack down into a crust; bake in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes. While crust is baking, beat the eggs with a fork and add the sugar, salt, lemon juice, flour and baking powder.
Pour this mixture over the baked crust and return to oven for 25 minutes more.
Remove from oven dust with confectioners sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
