"Marshmallow Pavlova Slice"
"Marshmallow Pavlova Slice" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 large egg whites, at room temperature, 2 1/2 c. fine white sugar, 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla essence, 2 1/2 tsp. white vinegar and 1 qt. heavy whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Lightly grease 15 x 10 x 2-inch ovenproof baking dish and dust with cornstarch (coat well).
Beat egg whites in large, deep bowl until greatly increased in bulk and soft peaks form.
Add 2 1/2 cups sugar gradually and beat well after each addition until thoroughly dissolved.
Add vanilla essence and vinegar and beat for extra minute.
(Mixture should be glossy with firm peaks.)
