Marinated Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 1 head broccoli, 5 sliced carrots, 2 sliced stalks celery and 1 can black olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut up cauliflower and broccoli into flowerettes. Add remaining vegetables. Toss with Italian salad dressing.

Chill several hours or overnight.
