Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches carrots, 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 c. crisco oil, 1/2 c. vinegar and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Slice and cook carrots until tender in boiling salted water. Set carrots, onion and bell pepper aside.
Heat the rest of the ingredients just enough to blend well and pour over carrots. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
