Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sliced carrots (about 2 lb.), 1 medium sweet onion (white or purple), 1 small green pepper, 1 can tomato soup and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook carrots (do not overcook).
Drain and cool.
Cut onion and green pepper in round slices, then mix with carrots.
Mix all other ingredients together, then pour over vegetables.
