Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sliced carrots, 1 medium sweet onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook carrots; drain and cool.
Cut onion and pepper in round slices.
Mix with cool carrots.
Mix other ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Cover and marinate 12 hours or more.
Drain to serve.
