Margie's Chicken Casserole
A creamy chicken-and-celery casserole brightened with lemon juice, studded with toasted almonds, and crowned with a crushed-potato-chip crust. Bridge-club lunch, Midwest style.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix together chicken, celery, onion, lemon juice, pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
Add almonds.
Top with Cheddar cheese and potato chips.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Can be frozen.
When ready to use, thaw thoroughly and then heat through at 350°.
(Doubled easily for a big lunch or dinner.)
