Margarella
Margarella is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium onions, chopped, 2 green peppers, diced, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 6 tbsp. oleo and 1 small can pimentos, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt oleo.
Add onions, green and red peppers and mushrooms. Cook until onions are transparent.
Mix tomato soup and cream, then stir into onion mixture.
Bring to a boil; cook a couple of minutes.
Drain tuna; break into chunks and add.
Add chutney last.
Taste to correct seasonings.
Serve over wild rice or fried noodles.
