Maple Walnut Pound Cake
Maple Walnut Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 1/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat into butter mixture alternately with combined milk and maple flavoring.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Mix in walnuts.
Turn into greased 9 or 10-inch tube pan.
Bake in lower third of 300Β° oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until tests done.
Turn out onto rack to cool. Drizzle with Maple Glaze and garnish with walnuts.
