Maple Syrup Meatballs
Maple Syrup Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 beaten egg, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. corn bread stuffing mix, 1/4 c. finely chopped celery and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine egg and milk; stir in stuffing mix, celery, dry mustard and dash of pepper.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Add ground ham and pork.
Mix well.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Bake in shallow pan, 15 to 18 minutes.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, place in moisture proof and vapor proof containers. Seal and freeze.
Serve in sauce.
