Mandi's Peanut Butter Cake
Mandi'S Peanut Butter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, separated, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 1/4 c. brown sugar and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Put egg whites in small bowl.
In large bowl mix butter, peanut butter and brown sugar.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Measure milk and vanilla.
Beat whites with white sugar.
Cream butter and brown sugar, add egg yolks and beat well.
Add liquid and flour and beat until well blended.
Add in beaten egg whites. Pour into two 8-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
