Mix in order given.
Grease a 4 sided cookie sheet lightly with oil.
With a teaspoon, spoon out 3 long strips lengthwise.
Put any leftover on top.
Put cold water into a glass; with your fingertips pat the top of the strips.
Sprinkle the top with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
When done, remove from oven, cut at an angle and lift off pan.
If you want them crunchier, turn each piece on it's side and return to oven for 6 minutes on each side.
