Mandarin Orange Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, crushed, 1/4 lb. butter, melted, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice, thawed and 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar to them. Press mixture firmly into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Reserve some of crumb mixture for garnish.
Blend thawed orange juice and milk.
Stir in Cool Whip and oranges.
Fold in.
Do not beat. Pour mixture over crumb crust.
Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
