Macaroon Salad
Macaroon Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/4 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix margarine, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, coconut and oats together.
Grease and flour cookie sheet.
Spread mixture on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes, until brown.
Put in freezer.
After about 1/2 hour, pop out on foil. Cover with foil and roll a rolling pin over to crush up.
