Macadamia Nut Cookies

Beat butter and shortening at medium speed with electric mixer until soft and creamy; gradually add sugars.
Add egg and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well.
Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
