Lynn's Hobo Steaks
Lynn'S Hobo Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with beef cutlet or hamburger patty (1 per person), sliced onions, sliced potatoes, sliced carrots and thinly sliced bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Tear aluminum foil into squares, large enough to cover and seal vegetables.
Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Place foil.
Place a slice of onion along with potatoes, bell pepper and carrots, enough for an individual serving meat.
Salt and pepper as desired.
4 tablespoons of bouillon over meat and vegetables. Wrap and well.
400Β° oven for about 45 minutes. We also cook these on the barbecue pit but increase cooking time depending on heat from coals.
