Low Sugar Mocha Nut Cake
Low Sugar Mocha Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. very hot water, 1 tbsp. instant coffee, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/3 c. brown sugar and 6 pkg. sweet 'n low, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine the hot water and coffee; set aside.
Cream the margarine, brown sugar and sweetener with mixer on medium speed, until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; mix for 1 minute.
Stir together flour, cocoa, dry milk, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture with coffee and nuts.
Spray a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking oil; spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Good cake for diabetics.
