Low-Fat Flounder
Low-Fat Flounder is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen flounder fillet, 1/2 c. golden dipt fat free lemon butter dill seafood cooking sauce, 1 lemon, cut in wedges and fresh dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Thaw flounder if frozen.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Place fish in single layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour cooking sauce evenly over fish.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Fish is done when flesh is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
Garnish with lemon wedges and dill.
