Louisiana Shrimp
Louisiana Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 3/4 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips and 1/4 c. celery, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, onion, pepper and celery; cook and stir until shrimp are pink. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, hot pepper sauce, thyme and garlic powder; bring to boil.
Stir in rice; cover.
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
