Lou's Sherried Chicken

Bone breasts of chicken, leaving the skin on.
Cut breasts in half, making 6 pieces.
Form each piece into a ball with skin stretched over ball.
Arrange in baking dish.
Place in a preheated 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
