Lorraine's Ice Cream
Lorraine'S Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 6 c. milk, 4 c. cream or evaporated milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Do beat eggs in a heavy large pan.
After well beaten, gradually add sugar while continuing to beat.
Beat until light (a while).
Add 6 cups of milk.
Cook until boils.
Add cream after you pour mixture into ice cream mixer.
Add vanilla and salt.
Let cool by standing in cool water.
Freeze.
