London Broil Teriyaki
London Broil Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. apricot jam, 4 tsp. cornstarch and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Start grill.
Make teriyaki sauce
In a small saucepan combine the soy sauce, oil, apricot jam, cornstarch, pepper and whole garlic cloves.
Stir to blend.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Brush steak with sauce. Grill 4 inches from heat turning once; brush the second side with sauce.
Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side for rare, 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium-rare, 11 to 13 minutes per side for well-done.
