London Broil
London Broil is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. flank steak, scored, 1 c. rose wine (if desired) or cranberry cocktail, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place steak in shallow glass dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over meat.
Cover.
Refrigerate several hours, turning meat occasionally.
Set oven control at broil and/or 550Β°. Remove steak from marinade.
Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat for 4 minutes.
Turn; broil 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Cut meat diagonally across grain into thin slices.
If desired, salt before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
