Lomi Salmon Salad
Lomi Salmon Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. salted salmon (fresh, frozen or canned salmon may be used; disregard soaking), 5 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced, 8 whole green onions, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1/2 c. crushed ice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soak salmon in cold water for 3 hours.
Remove skin and bones; shred finely.
Combine all ingredients but ice and chill.
