Lobster Meat Casserole
Lobster Meat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 lbs. lobster meat, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and 3/4 c. monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter, add garlic and cook 1 minute - do not brown.
Put lobster meat in buttered casserole dish and toss with melted butter.
