Liver Casserole
Liver Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 1 lb. beef liver, 3 onions, sliced, 1/2 c. flour and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook bacon crisp; drain on paper.
Cook onions in bacon drippings until soft; remove.
Put flour, salt and pepper in paper bag.
Shake liver in bag until well covered with flour.
Brown liver in bacon drippings.
Place liver in casserole.
Add onions and bacon.
Put small amount hot water into drippings; stir until smooth.
Pour over mixture in casserole.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
