Liver Casserole
Liver Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, chopped, 6 to 8 strips bacon, 2 lb. liver, 1/2 c. flour and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown onions and bacon; drain.
Flour liver and brown in bacon grease.
Place in baking dish; top with bacon and onions.
Add milk to bacon grease; stir until thickened.
Pour over liver, onions and bacon.
Melt butter; crumble crackers into butter.
Add onto liver mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
