Linguini and White Clam Sauce
Linguini And White Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. white wine, 1 stick butter, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 6 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped and 3 (4 oz.) cans snow's minced clams, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute 1 stick butter with garlic and parsley for 3 minutes. Add 3 cans of clams (with juice), clam juice, optional shrimp and wine.
Simmer covered on High for 15 minutes until broth thickens a bit.
Continue to simmer for 15 minutes more on low.
Cook pasta and drain.
Pour sauce over linguini in large bowl.
Serves 6 to 8.
