Linguini and White Clam Sauce
Linguini And White Clam Sauce is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Saute 1 stick butter with garlic and parsley for 3 minutes. Add 3 cans of clams (with juice), clam juice, optional shrimp and wine.
Simmer covered on High for 15 minutes until broth thickens a bit.
Continue to simmer for 15 minutes more on low.
Cook pasta and drain.
Pour sauce over linguini in large bowl.
Serves 6 to 8.
