Lima and Ham Salad
Lima And Ham Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. buttermilk ranch salad dressing, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen lima or baby beans, cooked and drained, 3/4 lb. tiny new potatoes, cooked and sliced, 1/4 c. sliced celery and 1/4 c. sliced green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine dressing, beans, potatoes, ham, celery, green onion, parsley and chives in a large salad bowl.
Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir in snow peas or sugar snap peas.
To serve, if desired, place halved tomato slices on a platter.
Top the salad mixture, or mound portions of salad on individual lettuce lined plates.
